Cancer & Intimacy” Workshops

Talking about it is not a taboo. It is essential for your well-being.

This free 2-hour workshop offers a warm and supportive space to share experiences, understand these changes and restore intimacy and balance in your relationships.

What to expect

Cancer and its treatments can affect intimate life, body image, emotions and relationships. These changes are common, but they can often be difficult to talk about.

Led by Prof. Oranite Goldrat (gynaecologist and onco-sexologist) and Laure Chaix de Lavarène (psycho-oncologist), these workshops provide a safe, respectful and confidential space for discussion. The workshops are organised in collaboration with Psy Bru and the Psycho-Oncology Centre.

  • Breaking the silence: Talk openly about the impact of cancer on your intimate life and relationship.
  • Taking care of yourself: Explore the emotional aspects in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Practical solutions: Leave with practical advice and resources tailored to your everyday life.
  • A safe space: Small-group sessions with a maximum of 10 to 15 participants.

Join us for a space dedicated to listening and sharing. Whether you are single or in a relationship, you are welcome to join from the beginning of your cancer journey to better understand the changes related to the disease and preserve your intimate well-being.
